Hydraulic System Components
Besides Springs, Sass Industries Inc (Saicad), has two other product
lines:
1. Hydraulic components( hydraulic oil tanks/Reservoirs, flanges, shafts,
winches, couplings)
2. Mechanical components(Keys, Dowel pins,Taper pins, etc)
These products are manufactured at our facility near Bombay, India. This
production facility has two sections. The machine shop, is equipped with
the latest, calibrated machining centers, turning centers & wire-forming
machines. The Fabrication shop, has a wide variety of automatic welding
machines and bench presses.
Please note, we manufacture products only to client specifications! Our
business model, involves making prototypes as per clients drawings.
Upon approval by our client, the production run is executed under the
strictest quality supervision. Final inspection and shipment is done as per
client instructions.
We use established Hydraulics systems design programs developed by
esteemed organisations like the NFPA (National Fluid Power
association) , to design our hydraulic system components. The
production is then executed in our machine and fabrication shops.
Hydraulic cylinders
Saicad produces a wide range of hydraulic cylinder. We make
single-acting, double-acting, multi-stage, telescopic cylinders. The
cylinder range is from a 6 inch stroke to a stroke length of 72 inches. For
multi-stage telescope cylinders we make up to five stage cylinders. Our
hydraulic cylinder are offered with a wide variety of end-mountings.
Again,we do not believe in the "standard size paradigm"!! We design as
per the client's needs! And deliver a optimal fluid power solution. Please

Hydraulic Oil Tanks/Reservoirs
A hydraulic reservoir is often the most neglected and under-designed
portion of any fluid power system. This often leads to hydraulic system
problems such as fluid contamination, juddering effect and
under-performance. Saicad offers a range of hydraulic reservoirs meant
for underbody,side-mount or J.I.C execution.
