We use our proprietary developed Spring design programs, together with
our CAD design expertise, to deliver to you a finished ,customised,
cost-effective quality spring.
We believe that off-the-shelf springs are mostly under-designed or over
engineered for the application. Therefore, we customise our products to
your needs. This way, our clients get the best optimal spring solution, at the
optimal price point, every time.
The spring design process starts with you sending us information about
your requirements, through our Spring design Form. Additional inputs such
as drawings,sketches, samples are always welcome. We enter your inputs
into our Spring calculation programs and come up with the optimal spring
design. During our design process we take into consideration a range of
engineering issues such as spring buckling, cyclic loading, fatigue
loads,maximum stresses.
Saicad's spring range includes, compression/coil springs, extension,
torsion, leaf, die,disc and flat springs.
Our Spring capability is wide, in terms of the material, surface treatment and
spring sizes that we manufacture.
For example, the commonly produced springs are carbon steel, stainless
steel, phosphor bronze, brass, Oil tempered steel, beryllium copper, etc.
Our clients ask us for a wide variety of heat treatments such as
annealing,stress relieving, tempering and a range of surface treatments like
electroplating,spraying, thin-film coating.
