Important Features:
- SAICAD hydraulic tanks/reservoirs meet or exceed all J.I.C and ASLE
standards. For our European customers we meet the appropriate
DIN standards. For our U.S based customers, our designs meet the
NFPA standards. - Our design confirm to the ISO and DIN standards for: Fluid systems
filtration, fluid system safety, leakage and corrosion testing. - We prefer to use hot rolled steel plate and sheet, pickled and oiled.
However, for custom design requirements we may use sand blasting
processes. - We prefer :Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
- Based on the material selection, we have wide range of thickness
capability starting from 7 gauge to 12 gauge. - Our Oil tanks are mostly Seamwelded bodies, phoshated surfaces
and produced in standard colors. - Oil tanks are produced with Fixed/Removable baffle for oil circulation.
- SAICAD reservoirs are designed standard for 3/4 NPT threads.SAE
options are also available. - Air breather filter, sight level gauges,oil level and temperature
gauges are standard. - All lot of options such as Mounting Plates, Stands, Lift rings,
Couplings are available. - For our mobile style Oil tanks we provide a complete range of tank
mountings, such as supports,straps, return line filter, mounting
blocks etc.
